The following terms and conditions govern the service provided by Tech Squad Wireless Solutions for the repair of smartphones, tablets, computers, gaming consoles, TVs, and accessories (“Device”) as outlined on the website. In this agreement, “us,” “we,” and “our” refer to Tech Squad Wireless Solutions, and “you” and “your” refer to the customer addressed in the form.

All prices on our website are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accurate and up-to-date information, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to errors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. If a product’s correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount; if it’s higher, we will cancel the order and notify you.

The following Terms & Conditions are applicable on all repairs:

• •  This agreement starts when you sign the online service check-in form and ends when we repair your Device, return it to you, and receive any due payment.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to repair your Device based on available parts and relevant warranties. Our services are carried out with care and skill.
  • High-quality compatible parts will be used for repairs.
  • We may need your Device’s passcode to test before and after the repair. If you choose to keep this private, we can proceed but won’t perform a full check, possibly delaying the service.
  • Estimated repair times are not binding. We aim to return your Device promptly, but complex repairs may take longer.
  • Once repaired, we will notify you for collection. Unclaimed devices may be moved to our warehouse and subject to delivery charges. Unclaimed devices will be recycled after 56 days.
  • If we can’t complete the service or costs exceed estimates, we will inform you. If no fault is found or you reject our estimate, an inspection fee may apply.
  •  Repair costs are calculated based on standard charges.
  • We may keep your Device until all charges are paid, charging for storage if needed.
  • Our service may void manufacturer warranties. For warranty coverage, visit the manufacturer directly. Manufacturer warranties won’t cover accidental damage.
  • Warranty seals may be installed; tampering voids warranty.

  • Warranty is specific to your Device and won’t cover unrelated issues or change of ownership.

Our liability is limited as outlined in this agreement:

• • If we cause irrepairable damage, you’ll receive a refurbished device equal in value to yours. Replacement requires full payment for the service.
  • Data loss is your responsibility; back up before repair. We’re not liable for data loss.

  • We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Claims must be reported within three months of awareness.
  • “Advanced Repairs Workshop” work isn’t guaranteed; 1-month warranty applies.
